Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch within Singapore. A flat delivery fee of S$4.00 applies for orders below S$20.00.

All items sold are non refundable. Due to the nature of our scented products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@veloceglobal.com with your order no. and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review and assist you promptly.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
