Diffuser Warranty

Every diffuser purchased from VELOCE® is automatically covered for 6 months from date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

The warrant covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. VELOCE® diffusers are engineered and constructed for continual high performance in normal domestic settings. If your diffuser is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it's our responsibility to replace it for you. There are, however, some circumstances in which the warranty doesn't cover the replacement of the diffuser. These aren't hidden in the small print. Here's what isn't covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. nozzle, battery, charging cable etc.).
  • Accidental damage
  • Charging issue as a result of use not in accordance with approved charging cable.
  • Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended maintenance.
  • Faults caused by:

1. Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the diffuser;

2. Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than VELOCE®.

Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase before any replacement can be carried out under the warranty. Please keep your purchase receipt for on-site verification.
  • All replacement will be carried out solely by VELOCE® only.
  • The replacement of your diffuser under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.
