RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At VELOCE®, we take pride in delivering our fragrances and home scents with care and precision. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. General Policy
All items sold are non refundable. Due to the nature of our scented products such as perfumes, aromatherapy oils, room sprays, and hand sanitisers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, our team will gladly assist in arranging a replacement or refund.
2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item:

Include your order number, clear photos of the product and outer packaging.

Our team will review your claim within 2 to 3 business days and advise on the next steps.
We may request that you return the incorrect or damaged item before a replacement or refund is issued.
3. Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened perfumes, diffusers, sprays, or essential oils

Personalised or custom made items

Gift cards and promotional items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and non returnable.
4. Refunds
If your request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue arose from our error.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are eligible for an exchange such as when an incorrect item is sent, we will send a replacement once the original item is returned and verified.
6. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost by our courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund after the courier’s investigation is completed.
