As we enter an explosive new phase of global growth in 2026, we are looking for a Commercial Architect, someone who can command our marketing engine end-to-end and translate founder vision into market-dominating reality. The Role
You will own month-on-month growth across all channels while protecting margins and brand integrity. You are the bridge between founder direction and technical execution, ensuring the "VELOCE machine" runs flawlessly without day-to-day founder intervention. 

This is a leadership and operator role for a "commander," not a content creator. 

 

What You Will Own

1. Growth Strategy & AI Integration

  • Develop and own monthly revenue and growth planning across website, marketplaces, affiliates, social, and ads.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing tools to optimise workflow, predictive analytics, and creative testing.
  • Create integrated strategies that harmonise all channels into a single growth engine. 


2. Campaigns & Product Launches

  • End-to-end ownership of brand campaigns and product launches, from concept translation to final delivery.
  • Manage campaign timelines, workbacks, and cross-channel coordination (Social, Affiliates, Marketplaces, Ads, and Design). 


3. Brand Messaging & Consistency

  • Lead campaign narratives and messaging frameworks to ensure a coherent "VELOCE Story".
  • Act as the final gatekeeper, reviewing and approving all customer-facing copy and visuals before go-live.
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure brand voice remains consistent across all platforms. 


4. Commercial & Platform Economics

  • Full ownership of marketing budgets, pacing, and margin awareness.
  • Proactively adjust strategies based on platform fees, commissions, and policy changes. 


5. Team Governance & Systems

  • Direct Manager of the Social Media, Affiliates (Community), Design, and Ads Execution roles.
  • Assign tasks, enforce deadlines, and filter all plans before they reach the founder.
  • Translate weekly/monthly data into actionable insights, deciding what to scale or stop. 

 

Experience & Background

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in growth, marketing, or commercial roles within e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
  • Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplaces like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex campaigns with full end-to-end ownership.
  • Commercial Rigor: High comfort with numbers, budgeting, and making decisions based on commercial trade-offs.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney for design direction, ChatGPT/Claude for copy frameworks, or AI ad-optimisation tools) to increase output speed and quality.
  • Organisational Authority: Highly structured, decisive, and capable of moving work forward independently.
