SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to VELOCE®. We strive to deliver your scent experiences swiftly and seamlessly.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) from the time payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • If we anticipate a delay (e.g., due to stock shortage), we will notify you by email with expected dispatch time.

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • We offer delivery across Singapore via trusted courier partners.

  • For standard shipping, most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Cut-off for same-day dispatch: orders placed by 12 pm (SGT) on a business day for in-stock items. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed next business day.

  • Shipping charges / free-shipping thresholds: Free shipping on orders over S$50.00; otherwise flat rate S$1.99.

  • We will provide a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched so you may follow its journey.

  • If delivery fails after two attempts (or as per courier policy), the parcel may be returned to us; any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

3. International Shipping (unavailable at this moment)

  • Currently, we only ship within Singapore to ensure the highest quality of service and handling for our premium products. While international shipping is unavailable at this moment, we hope to expand our reach in the future.

4. Shipping Delays & Notifications

  • While we aim to meet the above delivery estimates, transit times are subject to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods or unexpected logistical disruptions).

  • If your order has not arrived and is beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@veloceglobal.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

  • If your shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with them to resolve the issue. Either by arranging a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

5. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and complete (unit #, postal code, recipient name, contact number).

  • If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or inability to locate recipient, and is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply for the replacement dispatch.

  • If you change your mind and request redirection of a parcel already in transit, additional courier fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • Your order is carefully packaged to reflect VELOCE®’s luxury brand values: high-quality materials, protective padding, discreet outer packaging.

  • For fragrance items (glass bottles etc.), extra care is taken to secure the contents and prevent damage in transit.

7. Why Am I Charged GST / Duties?

  • For shipments within Singapore, all prices listed include Singapore’s Goods & Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
